When choosing meeting room lighting, it is vital to know the lux or lumens required for the space. The recommended lux/lumen for a conference room is 500-1000.
Warm color temperatures from 2700K to 3000K are best for casual meetings and conference room lighting. Opt for cool temperatures ranging from 3500 K to 6500 K for better focus and more formal settings. The fluorescent and incandescent light have fixed temperatures.
To achieve the best home office webinar setup, we recommend using natural light plus one or two well-placed lamps with color-changing light bulbs that match the color temperature of daylight.
Lighting for meeting rooms Both the screen and the speaker should be clearly visible during presentations. Separately switchable lighting is recommended for whiteboards or flipcharts, however.
