hello welcome to terminal design I am gage and today were going to create this 3d text in Photoshop create a new document and set it to 1920 by 1080 pixels RGB color mode and white background and then hit create activate the type tool click on this box to choose the text color and lets write the word design in all caps make sure the font size is big enough and with the move tool lets align the text with the background in the layers panel right-click on the text layer and choose new 3d extrusion from selected layer if you dont see this option or if its a greyed out then make sure you have selected RGB color mode and that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements for photoshops 3d features when you click on this Photoshop will ask you if you want to switch to the 3d workspace so hit yes now activate the layers panel right click on the background and choose postcard hold down the shift key and click on the text layer so now both of them are selected release the shift key an
