To add an existing issue to an epic: On the epics page, under Epics and Issues, select Add. Select Add an existing issue.
Click Add on the right side of the Scrum board and select Existing Story or Existing Issue. In the Add Existing from Backlog dialog box, start typing the name of a story or issue, then select it when it displays in the list.
