Place an image or object into a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then choose Tools Edit PDF Add Image . In the Open dialog box, locate the image file you want to place. Select the image file, and click Open. Click where you want to place the image, or click-drag to size the image as you place it.
Steps for how to create interactive PDFs. Open your PDF (or create a new one) in Acrobat or a similar tool. To add buttons: Edit PDF Link Add/Edit Web or Document Link Menu Button. To add links: Edit PDF Link Add/Edit Web or Document Link. To add a video: Tools Rich Media Add Video Insert Video.
Interactive pdfs need to be either opened in docHub Reader DC or docHub Pro/Standard/DC to display and function properly. See FAQs. ❹ Ensure toggle switch in docHub is turned on. If not Click toggle switch to turn it on.
Select the Object Selection tool (W) from the toolbar in the workspace. In the Options bar, at the upper-right corner of the workspace, ensure that the Object Finder is enabled. Hover the mouse pointer over an object or region in your image you would like to select.

To use an interactive object, on the big button bar, click Interactions, and choose any object from the menu.
The problem is most likely that your browser is attempting to open the interactive PDF. There are two work-arounds: right click on the link; or update your browser.
