In this video tutorial, we will learn how to create a figure with a title and an image in oxygen XML editor version 17. We start by adding a fig element inside the con body element, followed by a title element with the text "ducklings walking". Then, using oxygen's image wizard, we add an image by reference to a local file. The image is automatically displayed in author view. Switching to text view, we see the code with the figure element, title, and image.
