In this video tutorial, Hussein from EJ Academy demonstrates how to customize headers and footers in Pages. He starts by deleting the default header and then designs a new header using a text box, a line object for a border, and a shape for an image from the library. Once the header is complete, he groups everything together as one object, moves it to the header section, and accesses the "Section Master" option in the menu to finalize the customization.
