PDFs are great for keeping documents properly formatted and preventing easy editing. This makes them perfect for documents that need to be signed. If you're on Mac OS and need to sign a PDF, you can use the built-in Preview app. First, find and open the PDF in the app. Click on the show marker toolbar icon and select the signature icon. Create and save your signature using your trackpad, webcam, or an iPhone or iPad. Sign your name on the trackpad and click done to create the signature.
