okay lets do this quick one im actually recording this video because i got a request from one of my subscribers who said hes been having trouble working with the insert header and footer plugin okay so im just going to make this video to answer questions and who knows this video could also be useful to you now you need to understand that insert editor and footer has been updated and when the update was made the name changed and right now its no longer called insert edam footer rather its called wp code okay so basically the way it works is not different from what it used to be before but then a little change upon on the interface so lets just go ahead and see what that is okay so right now this is a demo account so im gonna be installing my plugin afresh so im gonna come to add new okay here im going to search for insert add-on footer even though i told you that the name has changed but lets just say and footer okay so as you can see here that what we have here is no longer

Select the sheets where you want to add the same footer in the worksheet. Tap Insert at the top of the document. Tap Text and click Header Footer. Move to the bottom of the page and select the footer area.
To set the page numbers in Visio page, please try the following settings: In Visio drawing, click File Print. Under Settings, click Edit Header Footer. Under Footer settings, in the Right setting, click the drop down list and select Page number. Click OK to save the setting.
Open the diagram, and select File Print. At the bottom of the Settings section, select Edit Header Footer. Enter information into any of the six positional header and footer boxes, as needed.
To create a footer, press Alt+N, O.
The most common cause of this problem is that the bottom margin, footer margin, or page border is outside the printable area of the page. All printers have an irreducible unprintable area necessitated by the mechanical requirements of paper handling.
Select Design Borders Titles, and select the style you want for the header or footer. Visio creates a new header and footer page called VBackground-X. Right-click the header and footer background page tab, select Rename, and type in a new name.
Print row or column titles on every page Click the sheet. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Page Setup. Under Print Titles, click in Rows to repeat at top or Columns to repeat at left and select the column or row that contains the titles you want to repeat. Click OK. On the File menu, click Print.
Insert a header or footer Go to Insert Header or Footer. Choose the header style you want to use. Add or change text for the header or footer. To eliminate a header--like deleting it on the title page--select it and then check the Different First Page box. Select Close Header and Footer or press Esc to exit.
Add a header or footer in Visio Click Design Borders Titles, then click the style you want for the header or footer. To edit the text in the border, click the background page tab containing the border. To finish editing the border background page, click the page tab of another drawing page.
Add a standard or customized header or footer Go to Insert Header or Footer. Choose from a list of standard headers or footers, go to the list of Header or Footer options, and select the header or footer that you want. When youre done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
