In this video, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section and click on the checkbox icon. You can customize the checkbox and give it a name. Once added, you can preview and test the checkbox. To edit the checkbox, simply double click on it.
