Your font may not be working in Canva because it may not be available on the platform or you may have a slow or unstable internet connection. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection, check if the font is available on Canva, or upload the font to the platform.
If your fonts are switching unexpectedly, not applying or saving, or changing after downloading, this might be caused by web extension or plugins. To fix this: Change browsers or use the Canva Desktop app. Use incognito or private browser mode.
If a document uses a font that is on your system, and then that document is opened on a system that doesnt have the same font, Word will substitute a different font for the missing one. This can affect the appearance of the document, even when you subsequently open it back on your original system.

All you need to do is click on the text tool and then select the Change all fonts option from the top toolbar. A new window will pop up with all the fonts currently used in your design. Simply click on the font you want to use and then click the Apply button.
To find similar fonts in Canva, you need to be creative with how you use the font search in Canva. To get started, begin by clicking on the text box to display its options at the top. Next, navigate to the font drop-down and click on it to reveal the font search box.
Set default fonts for headings, subheadings, and body text from your Brand Kit for easier branding consistency throughout your team. This feature is available to Canva Pro, Canva for Teams, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits. For teams, only owners, administrators, and brand designers can set up brand fonts.
