were in microsoft excel im going to show you how to insert an email link and this way we can link say a name right to their mailbox so lets say for instance weve got all these salespeoples names on the left hand side and itd be nice if we could just email joe right from this particular spreadsheet so we say hey you know we got a question about uh maybe one of the months in your sales report and i dont want to have to look up your email address or remember your last name or anything like that so all i got to do is highlight joes name in the cell and right click and then choose link and from here ill click on the email address box and ill put in joe p at tech pub dot us and then the subject will be question and i wont put anything else in there ill just click ok and there we see joes information so now what im going to do is im going to say oh i need to email joe ill just hover over that area and we can see that the cursor turns into a hand with a little pop-up bubble te
