As a Google Workspace administrator, you can investigate email delivery via the Admin Console. Navigate to Reporting and Email Log Search to view incoming and outgoing emails, selecting different time ranges as needed. Specify a message ID for messages older than 30 days. Find the Help Center article to learn how to get a message ID. In the example, the last 7 days are selected for investigation.
