In the Body text section, write in the wording that you want to become a link, like "click here." Click the HTML icon at the top of the Body text section to open the HTML editor. The HTML you'll use is click here.

Either type the email address that you want in the E-mail address box, or select an email address in the Recently used e-mail addresses list. If you want to change the link text, in the Text to display box, type the text.
On the File tab, choose Options > Mail. Under Compose messages, in the Compose messages in this format list, click HTML, Plain Text, or Rich Text.
Insert a mailto link Highlight the text you want to link and then click the link icon. Select Email from the drop-down. (Optional) Edit the text you want to display as the link. Enter the email address you want contacts to send to in the Email Address field. Click Insert. Click Done.
In the Save as dialog box, in the Folder pane, choose a folder, and then the location in that selected folder where you want to save the file. In the File name box, type a name for the file. In the Save as type list, choose HTML and then choose Save.
