Today's tutorial is about signing a PDF document with a certificate-based digital signature in docHub. Before getting started, download docHub from the official website for free. To sign a document, you need a digital ID that includes your name, email address, organization name, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or authenticate documents. To add or create a digital ID, go to the edit menu, choose preferences, select signatures, click on more for identities and trusted certificates, and then select digital IDs to add a new one. If you already have a digital ID from your organization, you can add it by selecting the option to add the digital ID file. Type in your name, department, organization name, and email address to create a new digital ID for signing documents.
At DocHub, your data security is our priority. We follow HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, and other standards, so you can work on your documents with confidence.
