ColorSource consoles provide you with a number of effect types that you can use with intensities, color mixes, or other parameters of moving lights. Ive prepared a Playback Memory containing two of my moving lights that have all of these functions. And Ive just moved them off of their home position and pointed them down stage a bit so we can see this a little bit easier. Effects are applied to selected channels. So Im going to select those two channels now. And now we can go into the {Controls} menu, {Effects} page. And in here you can see that we have a tab for color mix effects, shape effects for pan and tilt, intensity effects that can be used on all products that have intensity controls, dimmers, LEDs, moving lights. And a parameter effect which has a setting here for you to choose which parameter of a moving light you wish to apply this particular waveform to. Im going to start with color, since most fixtures at least LEDs, and moving lights will have a color mixing sy

Service request - A formal user request for something new to be provided. Example: I need a new Macbook. Incident - An unplanned event that disrupts or reduces the quality of a service and requires an emergency response. Example: The website is down!
Examples of service requests include password resets, software installations, hardware requests, access permissions, account creations, and service configuration changes. ITIL 4 emphasises the importance of efficiently managing service requests to provide a positive user experience and maintain productivity.
An incident is an error or flaw due to which services cannot be rendered properly. Incident management provides a quick fix or a permanent solution to the issues raised. A service request is raised when the user needs something new or replaced.
An example of a service request is when a user wants to upgrade software to a higher version. This type of service request is low risk, so it does not need multiple approvals and the technician can take their time to fulfill the request. A common example of an incident is when the internet stops working.
What is the service request management process? In ITIL, a service request follows a series of steps, including the following: Submission. The service request management process begins when a employee docHubes out to submit a service request. Assessment. Fulfillment. Completion. Follow up.
Service request forms allow companies to track the work requests they receive to remain as efficient and effective as possible when addressing client needs.
Stolen from the web: ITILs formal definition of service request is a request from a user for information, advice, a standard change, or access to a service. For the companies I have worked with its largely the same. An incident = something is broken/not working.
