With DOT Hub, you can collect signatures and assign recipients to specific fields on your document. Create a sign request, add signers directly or set a signing order. Define who receives the finalized copy, personalize email messages, and set automated reminders. Set an expiration date for the document. Once ready, click "Send request" and the signer will receive an email with the document attached. Designated fields for signing and completion will be visible to the signer. Signers will receive a copy of the completed document. Finalized documents cannot be changed. If there is a signing order and additional signers, the next step will follow accordingly.
