How to Make an Email Group in macOS Open the Contacts app on your Mac by clicking its icon in the Dock at the bottom of the screen. Select File New Group from the Contacts menu bar. Type a name for the new mailing list in the field that appears for an untitled group.
On the worksheet where you applied the drop-down list, select a cell that has the drop-down list. Go to Data Data Validation. On the Settings tab, click in the Source box, and then change your list items as needed. Each item should be separated by a comma, with no spaces in between like this: Yes,No,Maybe.
In the Contacts app on your Mac, select one or more contacts listed in the sidebar. Theres no limit to the number of contacts you can add to a list. If you use more than one account in Contacts, make sure the contacts you select are in the same account. Drag the selected contacts to a list in the sidebar.
