To draw with the Scribble shape, select Insert Shapes Freeform: Scribble, then select the location where you want to start the shape and drag in any direction to draw. To Draw a Freeform Shape: Select Insert Shapes Freeform: Shape.
The Draw tab offers three types of drawing textures: pen, pencil, and highlighter, each with a different look. To choose one, simply click it and youre ready to start drawing. If you want to change its color or thickness, click the drop-down arrow next to the pen and select your preference.

All you need to do is select the object (or objects) you wish to duplicate and then copy them to the Clipboard. This is most easily done by just pressing Ctrl+C. Paste the objects back into your drawing (Ctrl+V) and then move them to the desired position.
Use the Format Painter Select the text or graphic that has the formatting that you want to copy. To choose Format Painter: The cursor changes to a. Use the brush to paint over a selection of text or graphics to apply the formatting. To stop formatting, press ESC.
When you click a picture, the Drawing Tools tab, rather than the Picture Tools tab, appears above the Format tab. Note: If you do not see either the Picture Tools or Drawing Tools tabs, make sure that you selected a picture, shape, or other object.
Use the Insert tab in the top toolbar to select the Pictures option.Once youve inserted your photo into the document, you can start the process of annotating the picture. Click on the photo so that handles (circles around the edges of the image) appear. Right-click on the image, then select Draw and Annotate.
Adding the Draw tab to the Ribbon Right-click the Ribbon and select Customize the Ribbon. Check the box next to Draw, then click OK.
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Shapes. Under Lines, do one of the following: To draw a shape that has both curved and straight segments, click Freeform. .
