hello everyone today I would like to show you all how to add a document to your iPhone or iPad home screen lets have a look first open shortcuts app on your iPhone tap plus button on the top right of the shortcuts tab then tap add action tap search for apps and actions type open file in the bottom search bar and tap open file from search results tap light blue file text and select the document you want to add to home screen it could be a word file or PDF PPT Excel sheet or pretty much everything else now tap light blue default app and select the application in which you want to open the file here I am selecting files app you can tap run button to open selected file or go to shortcuts and tap open file tap rename type a name for your shortcut file tap done again tap down at a button and select choose icon you can choose any icon from the list and tap done finally tap down arrow button and tap add to home screen tap add on top right thats it shortcut document added on home screen now y
