[Music] with this little trick you can get google calendar to add your travel time to an event to your calendar so by default when you enter an event it doesnt factor in travel time to get there so it thinks youre just going to appear like magic at that place but actually youve got to travel there and thats time that you need to book into your calendar so people know youre not available at that time so what you need to do is click on the event that youve created and then click on the location so this is the kimberly it headquarters over in birmingham so if we click on that youll see on the right hand side that the google maps sidebar opens and one of the options is directions so click on directions itll then give you a couple of routes to get there but the key here is you can hit add to calendar so you click add to calendar it takes a few seconds but what it will do is it will add an event just above the current event with the travel time there you go so its now automatically
