So its actually fairly easy to create your own custom printable calendar using Pages. Well start here by using the blank landscape template. Now lets set this document up. The first thing I want to do is go to File, and then Convert to Page Layout since were not writing a book here. Then Im going to go to View, and then Show Layout. Im going to Zoom so that it fits on the screen. Now I want to get rid of the Header and the Footer since were not using those here. Under Format, Show Header and Footer I can simply turn those off. You can add the date and time to a header, footer, or any other place on a page. Click on the page where you want to add the date and time. Click. Click the date and time that was inserted, then use the controls to choose a format.
