What to include in a project budget proposal? Your project budget proposal should include every single cost necessary to deliver the project, an outline of the total amount of funding needed, and how that funding will be allocated to specific tasks and activities.
There are two general forms: (1) Combined Table/Narrative, and (2) Separate Table/Narrative. Both include the same basic information: Budget Category, Expense Item, Description, Cost Formula, Expense, Total Expense by Category, and Total Project Expense.
