Select the Recipient ID from the Dynamic Content list. Select the Tab type from the drop-down list shown below, in this case, Date. The Signatures panel shows certifications and digital signatures placed on a document (including invisible signatures from services such as or digital IDs with embedded timestamps) as well as tools for signing and docHubing documents.
Send documents for signature Select a message with one or more documents you want to send for signature. Follow the steps in Open eSignature. In the window, select Request signatures. Add a Recipient name and email in the Add Recipients pane. Select Add Recipient. Add more recipients as needed.
Adding a signature field in is a straightforward process that involves creating a new document, opening it in , and selecting the signature field. Step 1: Create a New Document. Step 2: Open the Document in . Step 3: Click on the Sign Tab. Step 4: Select the Signature Field.
Select the field on your document (checkbox, radio button, drop down, or text) that will act as the trigger field to determine if additional fields are presented to the recipient. In the properties panel, expand the Conditional Fields section and click Create Rule.
From the Fields palette at left, click and drag one of the available field types to add it to the active page. In the page guide at right, select a page you want to tag with fields. The selected page becomes the active page and displays in the center panel.
