in Chaos Control Cloud its possible to add a communication log entry from within a company record you can do this by selecting CRM and then the communications log sub tab enter edit mode and then click on the plus new button to add a new row to the grid you can then select the contact type and add a description and response as required there is also the option to add a next date and time for any follow-up action thats required as well as the ability to highlight the row once this has been completed you can click save company and it will confirm the inputted details thanks for listening
