The prospective client submits a bid package to potential contractors. This can include information like project plans, timelines, and specifications. A private bid is one that the client sends only to certain contractors. Public bids are often advertised, and anyone can bid for the job.
Invite a User to a Project Navigate to the Project level Directory tool. Note: The user you want to invite must already be added to the directory. Click Users. Locate the desired user. Then click Invite. A banner appears at the top of the page to confirm a Welcome Email was sent.
Change Companies Open the Select a Project menu. At the bottom of the menu, next to Current Company, click Change. Type the name of the company you want to access. Select the company from the list to be directed to the companys homepage.
Steps Click the more menu () icon in Portfolio Financials and click Vendors. Click Add New Vendor. Fill out the following fields as necessary: Note: Vendor details can also be added later on the Vendors page. Vendor Name: Enter the name of the vendor or select a name from the list. Click Save Vendor.
Add a Company Navigate to the Company level Directory tool. Click Add Company. In Beta. This workflow is currently in beta and only available in certain regions in the United States. Learn more about the beta. Complete the data entry as follows: Name. Click Create. Continue with Update the Companys Contact Information.
Steps Click Add to Project next to the company you want to add to your directory. Click Search Procore Construction Network to add existing companies listed on the Procore Construction Network. After you find the company, click Add to Project. Click Create New Company to create a new company in your Directory.
High level, your bid proposal should include: Client information. Contractor information. Project/job name. Project/job scope of work/summary. Project/job budget. Terms and conditions. Client signature. Contractor signature.
