hi im richard byrne in this video im going to show you how you can use google drive and google documents to add comments and questions to pdfs lets go ahead and take a look at how this works now im going to use a document that i found from the national archives founders online collection you can do this with any pdf that you have and im going to go in here to my google drive and select new and im going to do a file upload and i have the document on my desktop right here that again i got from founders online but you can use this with any document that you have and now im just going to open it now that its uploaded and you can see here i have the pdf and if we go in the upper right hand corner you can see we can add comment and then were going to highlight an area and add a comment and in this case here im going to write a comment for my students and say why would abigail adams sign this letter with diana and ill now add that comment and my students will to see those comments

As an admin, you can set docHub as the default app to view and edit PDF files in Microsoft Teams. Your users can view and search the PDF files. The users can also comment on and annotate the PDF files for free after they sign in.
Open your PDF document with docHub Reader. Click on the Comment or Review tab on the right side of the window. Select the annotation tool you want to use (e.g., highlight, underline, text comment, sticky note). Click or drag your mouse to annotate the text or area of the PDF where you want to add the annotation.
To write comments in the document itself, select Edit Document, then choose either Edit in Desktop App or Edit in Browser. Add comments. Whether youre working in Teams or in your desktop Word app, your changes will save automatically.
