hello everyone this short video will show you how to create a new comment using the comment bank builder tool within aspen so upon logging into aspen we want to click the tools top tab and then we can see our comments that have been inserted into my secondary comments bank these two i made previously and ill make the third in this series of comments and then show you how to insert them into a comment so i have this option here to add a comment to the bank and the comment id needs to be comments and the code can be anything of your choice you can see those are the only two mandatory text fields but i highly recommend using something for the preview and the category one two three labels because these are the pieces of information that youre going to see while inserting the comment so i do have a couple other documents open here i have the secondary report card right comment writing guide and exemplar open and i also have the secondary quick reference guide for aspen i have this open be
