Today Im going to talk to you about how best to analyze your comments and how to make the most out of the feedback your employees give you. Rule number one: Actually read your comments. This sounds silly, but actually go through, take the time, listen to all the feedback that your employees gave you, and read them. The one thing I cant stress enough is that you cannot just allow some magic tool such as a semantic analysis or text analytics to tell the story for you. You can use those tools, those are highly valuable, but you have to make sure that you actually go through and read the comments as well. The one thing I hear a lot of the times from organizations is theyre like: Well, we have 5,000 comments, we have 10,000 comments What are we gonna do with all those comments? How are we expected to read all that? Tough luck. Your employees wrote
