In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section of the tool. Click on the prepare form option under the more tools tab to access this mode. Once in prepare form mode, you will see various options at the top. To add a checkbox, click on the checkbox icon, then create the box on your form. You can name the checkbox and preview it before finalizing. Once added, you can click on the checkbox to activate it.
