In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section. You can access this by clicking on the more tools tab. Once in prepare form mode, click on the icon with the box and check mark to add a checkbox. Customize the box as needed, preview it, and then click on it to see the checkbox. You can also double-click on the checkbox to make edits.
