Excel has 4 different stock charts. Which of them can we use? It depends on the columns and data we have. For example, if we have 3 series of price values, high, low, and close, we can use the first. If we have open, high, low, close, and volume, we can use the 4th type of chart. In this table, we have all the data of a stock from Aug 26 to end of October. Lets highlight our data, except volume. Go to Insert tab and choose the 2nd chart. Move it there. The first look is a bit disappointing. We need some changes to this chart to look better. We want the dates to appear on the horizontal axis.
