hello today Im going to show you how to fill a character with text lets make a new document go to file new and set the profile to web click OK now select the type tool and click on the artboard type any letter or number you wish now highlight it select one of the bold fonts and increase the size to about nine press ENTER and lets move it to the center of our artboard in order to fill this character with text go to object and select expand make sure the object and the fill are checked and click OK go to object again select compound path and choose release now select the type tool and click on the path lets change the font size to about 0.15 inches if you wish you can also use a different font I will leave it as it is and now you can start typing your text or you can copy and paste it from the internet page or Microsoft Word document just highlight the text you want to paste press ctrl C to copy then click on the artboard and press ctrl V to paste it lets distribute the letters eve
