hi Im Jenny from jabber lets talk about how you can save your clients card on file in addition to the ways that your clients can save their own cards in client Hub you can save it on their behalf if card information is something you collect over the phone saving it in jobber is a secure way to store this sensitive information there are two places where you can save a clients card from the collect payment screen on an invoice or from the payments methods box on the client page to save a card from an invoice click collect payment make sure the payment method is set to credit card under the jobber payments heading then enter their card details check the box to save the card for future use and click charge the other way to save a clients card is from the client page below their billing history box there is a section for payment methods in the top right of this box click add to enter a payment method enter the card details then click save in both cases you will be prompted for the clien

To reactivate a card, head to Cards (the card icon in the top right) and tap Want to reactivate a terminated card? . You can re-activate your card in-app if you terminated the card by accident or marked it as lost, damaged, or undelivered, and didnt order a replacement.
This means that the card will no longer be usable for any transactions. Once a card is terminated, it cannot be reactivated, and any remaining balance on the card will be transferred back to your issuing balance.

If the card is active but Apple / Google wallets claim its suspended, simply remove the card from your e-wallet and add it again. Once confirmed and verified, the card should be active.
Creating a new account may be easier than reactivating the old one. Account reactivation might be possible in limited scenarios only. Ensure that you have your ID document with you before opening the chat. Our support team will be able to check the account reactivation possibility and guide you through the process.
