It includes elements such as product or service specifics, pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, payment conditions, and dispute resolution procedures in the event of a bdocHub of contract.
A supplier agreement should include essential terms such as payment terms, delivery obligations, liability clauses and warranties.
A Supply Agreement is a contract calling for a supplier-seller (often a manufacturer or distributor) to supply specified goods to a buyer, generally over a set period for a stated price in relation to quantity.
Drafting a supply agreement can reduce disputes and outline obligations. Your contract can include product specifications, pricing, order processes and delivery methods. Further, you can provide warranties for product safety and what buyers can do in case of a product defect.
You should set out the order process clearly in the supply agreement. The order process may be relatively simple. For example, completing an order form or calling the supplier to make the appropriate order. The delivery time-frame needs to be clear, and the delivery method needs to be agreed.
