hello today were going to look at a surgical case pick list where there may be additional items or other information needed equipment supplies instruments from another preference card and were going to add this preference card to the surgical case pick list real time here i have a schedule case for today and im going to enter the perioperative document so let me click over to the intraop nursing record and im going to check in the patient confirming the fin number and here you can see that on the pick list this is set up it pulled in my generic what we call the none none card which means that there was not any specific procedure provider card associated theres no generic procedure card it went down the hierarchy and associated a basic card which we have this generic no preference card available item on there so back over to documentation i can look at the surgical procedure and i see here that the preference card is for this total knee arthroplasty and dr gildia now perhaps dr gi
