the caption style is used to format the captions of beggars and tables and you can find it in the Styles gallery or if you dont see it there just open the Styles pane and it will be listed here all you need to do is right click and go to modify it you need to change the font color the default option in this case is italics just remove that the font must be the same as the rest of the document so in my case this is Ariel and the font size could be the same size as your text or it could be a little bit smaller the default option for me is 9 which is way too small my normal style a size 11 so I can have my captions also size 11 or a little bit smaller Im going to choose size 10 10 is probably the lowest you could use because I mean what wouldnt that and it becomes a bit difficult to read if you font size a little bit smaller than your text you could also make your captions bold if you prefer but its entirely personal preference the default option is for the captions to be formatted w

Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Click the cell in the Field Name column for the field whose Caption property you want to set. In the bottom section, under Field Properties, on the General tab, click Caption. Type a new caption for the field. To save your changes, click Save on the Quick Access Toolbar.
Captions should provide sufficient detail to help readers understand images without reading the text. They should include what the image is showing, its source, and the main point or takeaway. Captions should be concise, accurate, and consistent with the style, format, and terminology of the report.
A good caption will describe details that are not obvious, like the location, the backstory, or the specific event taking place in the photograph. Let your caption intrigue your readers to investigate the story further.
Figure captions Figures should be labeled with a number followed by a descriptive caption or title. Captions should be concise but comprehensive. They should describe the data shown, draw attention to important features contained within the figure, and may sometimes also include interpretations of the data.
A label is a control that holds text for display purposes only. By default, MS Access adds a label containing the table name in the Form Header area of the form. To add a label you must click the Label control, then click (and drag for sizing) where you want the label placed.
On the Design tab, in the Controls group, click Text Box. Position the pointer where you want the text box to be placed on the form or report, and then click to insert the text box. Note: Access also places a label to the left of the text box, so leave some room to the left of the pointer for the label.
There is a way to do this, in your query, click on the column you would like to caption and click on view properties (or alt-enter), the field properties box should load. There is a property titled caption. Whatever you type in there, will appear when your query is displayed.
Captions are useful when you want to provide more detailed headings for your field names. For example, instead of displaying the rather ambiguous DOB field name, you could add a more meaningful Date of Birth caption to the DOB field to make the field name easier to read and understand.
