How to order captions and subtitles with Rev Choose your video from the Library and select the [CC] button from panel on the left. Select the box that says Order captions and subtitles perfected by Revs team of experts. Then, select the Order captions with Rev button. Select the options you need for your video.
Editing Caption Subtitle Placement, Content, and Timing If you hover over any line, you should see two little buttons pop up to the left of the line. If you click on the + button, a new line will be created below the existing line, allowing you to add a new caption to the timeline.

A Note About Onscreen Text For captions that cover on screen text, you can use our customer-facing editor to move captions to the top (or bottom) of the screen. Open your file in the editor, click on the caption ground, and drag it to the top of the screen.
