okay so the first step is were going to go into the reports menu here on the left side and the left side a bar and then theres a new tab added here called management reports this is the new tab that allows you to have access to the analysis report so Im gonna click on that and then youre gonna have insight management reports youre gonna have groups youre gonna have report groups okay the default ones you get on any quickbooks online file its gonna be the basic reports and then sort of a detailed report but then you can make your own so let me start by just showing you the basic company overview thats already there ready to go so thats it for example I click on company overview Im gonna go here where its just action and Ill click on view and I kind of show you what what that does so what quick move dont mind us is it takes several reports puts a cover sheet and a table of contents and create a single PDF file that you can email to your clients monthly weekly yearly whatever
