Hi everyone, this is Sharon! You may have wondered if fillable PDF forms can do calculations, and if so how do I create a fillable PDF with calculations? Well yes they can, and Im going to show you exactly how to create a PDF form with calculations in docHub by converting an Excel invoice template into a PDF and then setting up the calculating fields in Acrobat. Lets check it out! I have my docHub desktop app open and now Im going to navigate over to my Excel invoice template. And heres an invoice template that I have set up its got the quantity times the price will give me an amount and then down at the bottom we have a subtotal, tax rate, sales tax, other, and a total. So lets go ahead and save this as a PDF. Were going to go up to FileSave a copy. Were going to name the file and then under the file type drop down and then scroll down and select PDF, then click Save. Okay notice that the PDF is now open in a new tab here in Acrobat

Place an image or object into a PDF Open the PDF in Acrobat, and then choose Tools Edit PDF Add Image . In the Open dialog box, locate the image file you want to place. Select the image file, and click Open. Click where you want to place the image, or click-drag to size the image as you place it.
Visit docHub online and upload the JPGs you want to merge. Reorder the images to how you want them to display, and select Merge files. Once youre happy, download the newly merged PDF. All your JPGs-turned-PDFs are now merged into a single PDF that you can share and view online.
Calculations in a PDF To create fillable fields for formula, click on the Add Fillable Fields tab on the right. When the tab opens, you see different types of fields that you can add to your document. Drag and drop the selected field anywhere on the document. Open the Formula Builder at the top of your document.
From the Organize pages toolbar, select Insert From File. Alternatively, you can right-click a page and select Insert Pages to get the insert options. Select the PDF you want to insert and choose Select.
How to convert images to PDF Click on Choose file and select the pictures that you would like to convert, or drag and drop them into the box. Next you have the possibility to drag the pictures into the desired order. Finally, click on Convert and your PDF file will be ready to download shortly after.
How to merge PDF and image online? Select PDF and image that you want to merge on the Merger. See the preview of all the selected PDFs and images. Now, reorder PDFs and images by dragging them ingly. You can also add or remove PDFs from the list. Finally, download the merged PDF from the Merger.
Using the programmes PDF Editor, select the Edit text images option. Selecting this option will trigger a dialogue box that allows you to locate the image file you want to add. Click the file and click Open. The image will appear on your PDF. From here, you can move to image around the PDF or re-size it.
Import PDF files Specify the position of the graphic. Choose File Import File. Select the PDF file you want to import and click Import. If the PDF file has more than one page, specify the page number in the Select PDF Page dialog box.
How to create PDFs from text and image files Open the Create PDF tool. Click the Select a File option. Choose a file to convert to PDF. Create the PDF file. Save your new PDF.
Select the file you want to edit or drag and drop it from your Google Drive or Dropbox account. In the main toolbar, select the Add image icon to import a file. Click on the image to drag and drop it to its correct position. To adjust the size, click and drag the corners of the image.
