[Music] hi im going to walk you through adding a scout to a new merit badge and linking it to a counselor once youve logged into scoutbook simply click on my dashboard if its for your scout you should see them in your my family otherwise you can go to your patrols and find your scouts in your unit so im just going to add one to jacob here once we find this we simply click on advancement and once we get into advancement we can click on start another merit badge itll give us a little bit of a warning page we simply click the red banner here start a merit badge this will give us a list of all the badges available you can also type in your scroll or type in what youre looking for so im going to type it in okay so im gonna do traffic safety once i select that then we can invite a counselor so we click invite counselor at this point we should be able to see everybody thats in our own but we can actually click add and once we click add we can then search for that merit badge counsel
