Ad pledges are commitments made by constituents to donate a specified amount over time. To create a pledge, open the account, click the blue arrow in the header, and select "New Pledge." Enter the total pledge amount, select a fund, and choose a payment method. Manual entry is required for cash or check payments, while automatic processing is available for credit cards or electronic funds transfer (EFT). To process these, an authorized Stripe or Net account must be set up in Bloomerang. Input the credit card details and any necessary information such as soft credits or attachments. Finally, use the schedule tab to set up the pledge installment dates.
