flow of events provides the best approach for analysts to capture and document user flows in which analysts sometimes need to refer to data structures when they do they probably would manually type in the references but if theres any changes made to the data structures later on the reference will become outdated here we have a simple use case diagram and were going to create a class diagram from this use case process order to do that select the use case click the button that says sub diagrams select add other diagrams UML diagrams and lastly class diagram and then if you click on the background you see the diagram name and initially it is named after the use case process order lets just leave it as it is for now to draw our first class drag class from the diagram toolbar onto the diagram lets name this class customer hit return and we are going to add three attributes to it to do that right click on it select add attribute enter name hit return and then address hit return tell for

To create attribute, right click the class and select Add Attribute from the pop-up menu. An attribute is created.
In UML models, attributes represent the information, data, or properties that belong to instances of a classifier. A classifier can have any number of attributes or none at all. Attributes describe a value or a range of values that instances of the classifier can hold.
Context Menu options Right-click on the panel, or on a specific attribute name. Add a new attribute to the list, with default values in the dialog fields. Copy a selected attribute as a new attribute. Provide a new name for the attribute and click on the OK button.
To add an Attribute: Select a Classifier. Select Model | Add | Attribute in Menu Bar or Add | Attribute in Context Menu.
Use-case diagrams describe the high-level functions and scope of a system. These diagrams also identify the interactions between the system and its actors. The use cases and actors in use-case diagrams describe what the system does and how the actors use it, but not how the system operates internally.
