On the File menu, click New, and then click Mail Message. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Attach File. In the Insert File dialog box, browse to and choose the file that you want to attach, and then click Insert.

To insert a copy of your file into another, embed or link to it. Go to Insert Object. Select Create from File. Select Browse and choose the file you want to use. Select Insert. Choose Display as icon to embed, or Link to file for a link. Select OK.
Attach a file On your computer, go to Gmail. Click Compose. At the bottom, click Attach . Choose the files you want to upload. Click Open.
If you cant see attachments in Outlook, try quitting the Outlook app, re-opening it, and viewing the email again. 7. Check your internet connection. Your Outlook app may have downloaded the text of new emails while you were online, but if youre offline now, the attachments probably wont load.
Use the Attachments panel to add, delete, or view attachments. Choose Tools Edit PDF More Attach File. In the Add Files dialog box, select the file you want to attach, and click Open. To make the attachment viewable in Acrobat 5.0 or earlier, do one of the following: Save the PDF.
