The age of a closed case is the elapsed time from creation to the closing time of the case. Age can be expressed in days, hours, or minutes. Note that the age of a case does not take into account any holidays that are associated with the cases business hours.
To calculate a persons age in years: Take the difference between the current year and their birth year: years = current year - birth year . Take the difference between the current month and their birth month: months = current month - birth month .

1. Create a new Custom Field with the Formula data type. 2. In Field Label enter Case Age in (Hours / Minutes / Days), select Number then click Next.

To create a formula field to calculate age based on a Contact birth date: Go to Setup - Customize - Contact - Fields. In Lighting go to Setup - Object Manager - Contact - Fields Relationships. Click New to create a custom field. Select Formula from the Data Type List and click Next.
Insert Page X of Y Go to Insert Page Number. Do one of the following: Select Current Position if you have a header or footer. Scroll until you see Page X of Y and select a format. Select Close Header and Footer, or double-click anywhere outside the header or footer area.
