all righty everybody so welcome welcome to our meeting today im your one star platinum sarah rogers ive been with archer travel now for just about two years so im super excited um i you know i love doing these specialty trainings for you guys i think its great so thank you for everybody who showed up today today were going to go over um you know you got a travel request now what right so i like to you know focus on the um that more of the customer service technical side of things let me go ahead and admit her um you know i think you guys are all capable of fully kind of going through vendors and navigating through them and getting comfortable with them but i think sometimes we forget to kind of focus on the um maybe customer service aspects of things right or you know the like okay what do i what am i actually doing here right so thats kind of what this meeting is going to be about today okay um so lets go ahead and jump into it and if you guys have questions feel free to ask me

Unlike Instant Booking, where guests can book a property directly, Request to Book requires guests to send a booking request that the connected partner must then accept or decline. The goal is to provide partners with an additional level of trust when welcoming guests into their home.
Choose Property details as the topic and Adjust your location on the map as the subtopic. Click on Update map location. In the map that opens, click and drag the red pin to where you want your property to show up on the map. Click on Save new location and then click on Done.
With Instant Book, guests can book your listing immediately without waiting for your approval. With Request to Book, guests must send a booking request, which you can accept or decline within 24 hours.
Heres how: Log in to the Extranet. Click Inbox, then Booking.com messages. Click See contact options. Select Property details as the topic and Other as the subtopic. Click See all contact options or Compose new message. In the Message field, enter your the new address and the reason for the change.
If you have a Booking.com account, you can also find your confirmation under the Bookings section of your account. If you still need us to resend your confirmation email, docHub out to our Customer Service team.
When you make a booking with an airline or travel agent, they will send you a confirmation email and also charge your card/bank account for the transaction. The confirmation email can sometimes go into your spam/junk mail folder so its always worth checking there.
You will be asked to enter the guest information during the last step of the booking process. Go to the selected room for the guest traveler. Click on Traveler and Add guest Fill in the requested information. Click on confirm to add the details to the reservation.
Booking.coms Request to Book functionality allows you to review a reservation request before accepting or declining it, providing an alternative to the classic Instant Book model.
