Classic email templates usually have 2 sections: text and HTML. In the HTML part, you add line breaks by using standard HTML tags. One way is to add at the end of the line, and another is to wrap the beginning and end of the line in and . If youre editing the text template, you cant use HTML.
Classic Email Templates can be found by doing the following: Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of any page and click Setup. On the left side of the page, in the Quick Find Box, type email templates Click on Classic Email Templates
Note: Proposal settings must be configured in our application in order to generate proposals from Salesforce. From the Opportunities page, click Create Proposal. Once you are taken to the Responsive Projects page in Salesforce, specify the required details and select a template. Click Generate Proposal.
Steps to edit a Lightning email template Click the app launcher icon. On Search apps and items field, enter email templates then click it from the results. Select the email template you want to edit. On the top-right corner of the template selected, click Edit. Apply your desired changes and click Save.
Create Templates Click Create. Hover over Template. Select a template type. When creating from an existing template, select the template to start creating from and click Select. Save the template. Complete required fields. Add content to the email. Save the email.
