To create tickets on Facebook: Click Events at the top of your Page, then click +Create Event. Fill in the the required info. Click [+] next to Create Tickets. Fill in a name for your tickets (example: General Admission, VIP), the number of tickets available and the price of each ticket. Click Next.
If you need to change your event date, review Eventbrites Postponed Event Policy before making any changes. Once youve decided to reschedule your event, please make sure to change your event status, edit your event date, and email your attendees.
After you have published an event, you can change the event settings such as the event title, event description, cover image, etc., at any time.
When you cancel an event, Eventbrite requires you to refund all orders. Go to Manage my events and select your event. Select Manage attendees, then select Orders. Select Issue multiple refunds. Choose a refund method ($USD only). Select Select all. Select Refund. Confirm the number of refunds and click Issue X refunds.
If youre ready to go live, select Publish and choose whether to Publish Now or Schedule Publish. If your event has more than 25 tickets and youre not subscribed to Eventbrite Pro, there will be an Organizer Fee when you publish the event. NOTE: You can still make changes to an event after you publish.
If your event is live and you need to remove it, go to the Event Dashboard and change the event status to Unpublish.
