hi in this video were going to go over how to add locations to a service request in vendor connect i am currently logged in as a lender so in this main blue bar we have the option for vendor connect im going to hover on that word and then im going to come down to service request in the drop down menu in service requests we have the ability to pull service request information by contract and by company if we pull just by contract itll show us all of the service requests that are attached to that active contract if we pull just companies it will pull just the open service requests for that specific company if we pull them together it will pull the contract that you are searching for and then it will only pull the companys open services under that contract open service request under that contract for right now were just going to select a contract were going to run filter and as you can see it has selected the contract that we have referenced in this box above to see the different s

To create a SR in Service Now, Log in to your service now instance with valid credentials. From the Self Service module, navigate to Self Service Service Catalog. Select an item from the service catalog. Choose sub-category of an item, if required. Select Quantity (count of items) required and click Order Now.
Service Requests are those requests coming from a user to the Service Desk (or in some cases, self-help channels) and fulfilled through Request fulfillment. Change requests are requests for modifications required in any part of the Services, Service management systems or underlying systems and components.
Creating Requests from Incidents From the Incident form, right click on the header of the Incident and select Create Request. Youwill be directed to the fulfiller view of the Service Catalog. Search or browse the Catalog to find the appropriate Request form. Complete the appropriate form and select Order Now.
A service request is raised when the user needs something new or replaced. The simple way to distinguish service requests from incidents is to understand that service requests are requests that the user can choose from a service catalog, such as a request for a password reset or for a new employees onboarding.

A common example of an incident is when the internet stops working.

Create New Service Requests Click the Forms tab. Click Add. In the Add Request Form dialog, enter a form name. Optional: Enter a Display Name if you want users to see a different name for the request. Select a Publish option, to specify who should have access to this new service request form. Click OK.
