good morning everyone and hope youre all well welcome to this video where im going to show you how to use google to actually find cvs to find candidates all for free and it can be done for any sector so what google does or how i use google is i use a boolean search to find cvs that are online somewhere it could be that theyve posted on their personal website theyve posted on a website we dont really visit and like a forum or something and theyre saying look im looking for a job if anyone knows anyone so were going to use google to search pretty much the whole web or everything indexed by them to actually pick up cvs and see if we can get some candidates for free so what im going to do is im going to go through it ive got a phrase that i write out that im going to search for now and if you want to have a look at that ill either link it on you know to my website and you can copy and paste it and you can do variations of this so ill just run through what it is now what ive
