Go to Invoices in your online Square Dashboard. Click next to the desired invoice. Click Edit to update the invoice details.
Updating Addresses in Square Payroll Log into your online Square Dashboard Staff Payroll. Click Settings Business Info. Select Edit next to your Taxpayer Address and enter your address details. Press Save.
Create Custom Invoice Fields from Invoices App Tap +Invoice. Add the basic invoice details, including customer details, line items and payment schedules. Under Details, tap + Add a custom field.
This principle requires that no entry may be made without a receipt. The invoice, in turn, must contain certain mandatory information, including the correct invoice address of the invoice issuer and the invoice recipient.

On your Dashboard, go to Account Settings - Business - Locations. Choose your business from this list and verify the address is correct here. If you have your business set as a mobile business, the address wont show. Youll have to make your location physical to have the address print.
A billing address is the same structure as a street address. It begins with a street number and name, followed by a code for the city, state, and ZIP (i.e., 123, Main St, San Francisco, CA, 66801).
Visit Account Settings in your online Square Dashboard. Under Personal Information, select Sign in security and click Update next to the current email address or phone number.
